After watching hundreds of shows showing amazingly tasty morsels of Slow Smoked American BBQ food, we have decided to open our own American BBQ Restaurant in Melbourne. The result is a menu crammed with the most incredibly tasting smoked meats including Pork Ribs, Beef Brisket, Beef Ribs, Lamb, Chicken and Salmon. Plus delicious sides like Konfit Kipfler potatoes slow cooked in Duck fat, then made crispy and dusted with Rosemary Dust. Slow Smoked BBQ Meat is served with 2 house made BBQ Sauces – a Spicy and a sweeter Apple Bourbon Sauce.

We have spent hundreds of hours perfecting the recipes. All our American customers have said that we have the best tasting American BBQ outside of the USA. We take that as the highest compliment.
